Player Development Training, formerly known as 3rd Day Training, is designed to provide players with an additional technical development opportunity outside of their regular team training environment.

Sessions focus on improving individual technical ability, including ball mastery, first touch, passing, receiving, dribbling, and decision-making. These technical elements are then incorporated into small-sided game scenarios, allowing players to apply their skills in realistic situations while developing their awareness, speed of play, and ability to make effective decisions under pressure.

The goal of Player Development Training is to complement team training while providing each player with additional opportunities to improve their individual game.
